Mike Filkouski

Mike Filkouski

Mike founded Little Creek back in 2010. Before Little Creek he brought with him twenty-five years of experience, giving him a total of forty years in the construction industry. Mike is well renowned in the rodeo community, and also enjoys golfing, snowmobiling, and hunting when outside of work.

What is your favorite project that you’ve worked on while with Little Creek?

Mike: The coolest project is Kingston Corners.

What about the Construction Industry do you enjoy most?

Mike: I really enjoy taking raw farmland and making it part of a community. I remember when we broke ground at the Addison in a corn field, and now it is a 352 unit community, with another 158 units under construction right now.

Damon Stier

Damon Stier

Damon has been serving Little Creek Construction since 2016.
Serving as the Lead Superintendent, he brings with him over twenty years of experience in the construction industry along with his service to our country. Damon is a U.S. Army veteran who served in the 82nd Airborne. He recently just completed his first half iron man, and enjoys trail running, ranching, and team roping outside of work.

What is your favorite project that you’ve worked on while with Little Creek?

Damon: My favorite project that I have worked on with Little Creek is the Abbey out in Sun Prairie.

What about the Construction Industry do you enjoy most?

Damon: I enjoy the civil work, along with the foundation and structural work that has to be done on a job site.

Alex Filkouski

Alex Filkouski

Alex has been serving Little Creek Construction since 2019. Serving as a Superintendent; bringing with him experience in the construction industry. He recently graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh in the spring of 2018, earning his B.B.A. Away from work, Alex enjoys skiing and has recently began playing the piano.

What is your favorite project that you’ve worked on while with Little Creek?

Alex: Phase 1 of The Addison building 6. This was my first commercial project I was tasked with coordinating and meeting deadlines. 

What about the Construction Industry do you enjoy most?

Alex: I enjoy the fact that it doesn’t just test your body or your mind, but both. If I’m not physically building, I am continuously building mentally from a literal standpoint, and as a leader/coordinator of large commercial construction projects.

Nicole Bronkhorst

Nicole Bronkhorst

Nicole been serving Little Creek Construction since 2017
, as the company’s accountant. Taking more of a behind-the-scenes role, Nicole keeps the fast paced construction environment running smoothly. She most enjoys watching her kids sporting events, along with snowmobiling, fishing, and hunting outside of the work place. 

What is your favorite project that you’ve worked on while with Little Creek?

Nicole: I wouldn’t say I have one favorite project in particular, but everything from P&L spreadsheets to payroll, so that others can keep their focus on the work being done in the field. 

What about the Construction Industry do you enjoy most?

Nicole: I really enjoy the office environment, and the overall atmosphere here at Little Creek. 

Jose Rosas

Jose Rosas

Jose has been serving Little Creek Construction since 2017 working as a laborer; Jose brings several years of experience in the construction industry with him. As a dedicated, hard-working individual, Jose demonstrates absolute focus on completing a number of different tasks assigned to him throughout the course of a project. Away from work, Jose enjoys watching and playing soccer, along with the outdoors. 

What is your favorite project that you’ve worked on while with Little Creek?

Jose: Sealing/waterproofing the Abbey. 

What about the Construction Industry do you enjoy most?

Jose: I enjoy the amount of time that I get to spend working outside in the summer, and the hours that I am still able to work on these projects over the winter. There is always work to be done somewhere, and I like to stay busy.
